The new residential project was a GC spec home designed by Fusch Architects Inc.  The client purchasing the spec home wanted to evaluate upgrades to improve the energy efficiency and indoor air quality of the new home.  Components evaluated and priced by the General Contractor included:   High efficiency HVAC system; Energy Recovery Ventilation System; HEPA Filtration system; High R-value building envelope; Solar thermal water heating; and PV solar electrical system.
